 d technical. Examples of ethical issues that we will address cover data pr
 ivacy\, intellectual property\, and the digital divide. On the technical s
 ide\, we will show how chatbots can be programmed and trained\, using eith
 er APIs for closed-source solution\, or libraries such as HuggingFace for 
 open-source models. By the end of the course\, the goal is that participan
 ts can make their informed decisions on the capabilities of this new type
