  to explore the essential skills and competencies needed for the effective
  adoption and integration of AI in the workplace. Now we are organizing a 
 focus group with the aim to:Validate and assess the relevance of defined A
 I-related skills\, knowledge\, and competence gaps in SME workplaces.Ensur
 e alignment with business needs.Promote discussion of the idea of consider
 ing not only individual but also organizational framework conditions for A
 I competence development. What will we get out of it? Results will contrib
 ute to the development of a structured AI Literacy Skills Framework\, as w
 ell as a detailed report with practical recommendations to support future 
 training programs and policy initiatives. What will participants get out o
 f it? Learn from others\, expand your network\, get early insights\, and d
 iscover key findings from our recent interviews and survey on current need
 s\, skill gaps\, and essential competencies in AI. Who are we reaching out
