What to expect?
AI is changing not only how we work, but also why work feels meaningful. As technology takes over tasks, social interactions and decision-making, new challenges arise in relation to wellbeing, leadership and fairness. Organisations that want to deploy AI successfully must therefore invest as much in people as in technology.
After this session you’ll:
- have a better understanding of the impact AI is already having on the Belgian labor market today: from changing jobs to new expectations around skills;
- gain insight into social risks such as bias in AI systems, AI washing and the impact on inclusion and well-being at work;
- discover how organisations can implement AI in a people-centred way, with a focus on responsible employment practices;
