Connecting Brussels SMEs To European AI Infrastructure

Aan de kalender toevoegen:

Are you a Brussels-based SME or public sector organisation exploring, deploying, or scaling AI, and looking for the right infrastructure and accompanying funding to take your next step? European AI infrastructure is more accessible than many organisations realise, and sustAIn.brussels can help you find your way within these infrastructures.

On 22 October 2026, we are organising a networking event at the FARI AI & Experience Center in Brussels that will give you the opportunity to meet with the teams behind Europe's key AI infrastructure initiatives:

  • AI Factories
  • The Belgium AI Antenna
  • The four Test & Experimentation Facilities (TEFs)
  • and AI regulatory sandboxes

The event is part of the European AI Innovation Month, a coordinated series of events led by the European Commission showcasing AI innovation and adoption across Europe.

The evening opens with an introduction to the many possibilities of working with European AI Infrastructure, followed by a panel discussion in which representatives from European infrastructures address the real challenges organisations face when trying to access these facilities: questions of eligibility and company maturity, funding pathways, and practical barriers.

Concrete use cases illustrate how organisations are already navigating these pathways successfully. A networking session with booths follows, where you can get more information about each infrastructure provider. Alongside the European infrastructure initiatives, there will also be booths that showcase relevant research infrastructure from the Brussels and Belgian ecosystem.

If your organisation is curious about accessing high-performance compute, sector-specific AI testing environments, or structured guidance on AI regulation, this event is the right place to start.

The sustAIn.brussels' 'Access to Tools & Equipment' service can serve as your entry point before, during, and after the event.
